They work as per the deadlines, budgets and advise their clients in scheduling, hiring services, inviting speakers, and arranging for food and beverages. The suggestions may vary from hosting a buffet to a general meal, place of the conference, size of the room, visual or audio presentations, choice of equipments, and so on.

Weddings too require professional event planners as they are big business in themselves. People like to spend a lot on such occasions and sometimes even go beyond their means to make such events successful. There are theme-based wedding ceremonies, intimate ceremonies, elaborate ones according to the choice of the couples. Wedding planners are well-trained in organizing and running the event with perfect ease.
